Membership: Membership in “The Vanguard” is complimentary but exclusive. Acceptance into the program is at the sole discretion of Anaxus Perfumes.
Feedback Expectation: By joining, members agree to provide insightful and detailed feedback on received samples within a set period.
Non-Disclosure: Members agree not to disclose, share, or publicize any information about the unreleased fragrances, including their ingredients, notes, or design, unless explicitly permitted by Anaxus Perfumes.
No Reselling: Members are not permitted to sell, trade, or distribute the received fragrance samples. They are provided solely for personal use and feedback purposes.
Limited Supply: Availability of fragrance samples is not guaranteed and is subject to stock and selection by Anaxus Perfumes.
Communication: By joining, members consent to receiving communication from Anaxus Perfumes related to “The Vanguard” program, including feedback requests, updates, and announcements.
Termination: Anaxus Perfumes reserves the right to terminate any membership at its discretion, especially if a member is found violating these terms.
Changes to Terms: These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
Privacy: All personal details provided during the sign-up process will be used solely for the purpose of the program and will not be shared with third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Shelby County, Tennessee. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with “The Vanguard” program shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Shelby County, Tennessee.
